These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between OneType and any person or entity using its services ("User").
By creating an account or using the services, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
OneType provides a B2B content repurposing platform allowing Users to record interviews, process them through AI tools to generate short-form and long-form text (e.g., LinkedIn posts), edit video or audio, and create graphics. Users may connect their LinkedIn accounts via the official OAuth login process. If any other authentication method is used, login credentials are stored only as long as necessary for login and are deleted immediately after; session tokens may be stored to maintain account access.
2. Accounts & Payments
Users must create an account to access the services.
Renewals are monthly and may be canceled before the next billing cycle. Payment is handled via third-party payment processors (Stripe); OneType does not store payment card details.
OneType can apply discounts to selected clients.
3. Content Ownership & Licensing
Users retain ownership of all interview recordings and content they upload. By providing content to OneType, the User grants a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and modify it for the purpose of delivering the services. With explicit consent, OneType may use the content in case studies or communications with other clients.
4. Generated Content
Users have full rights to use, edit, accept, or reject generated content. OneType is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or fitness for purpose of the generated output. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.
5. Data Roles & Responsibilities
In some cases, OneType acts as a Data Controller (when using User data for its own purposes, e.g., marketing with consent). In other cases, OneType acts as a Data Processor (when processing User-provided content strictly on their instructions). Both roles are handled in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable laws.
6. Personal Data Collection
We collect and process: names, emails, interview content, LinkedIn profile data, and images. Data may be stored or processed by third-party providers, including cloud and AI service providers. Data is retained only as long as necessary for service provision, or as required by law.
7. AI Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs may contain errors or biases. OneType provides these outputs "as-is" and does not guarantee accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Users are responsible for final review of the output before any use.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneType's total liability in connection with the services is limited to the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim. OneType is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
OneType may suspend or terminate User accounts for violation of these Terms or applicable laws. Users may terminate their subscription at any time; termination will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Rules of the Court of Arbitration in Warsaw, Poland, in the Polish or English language. The award shall be binding on both parties.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
